Development Summary
As far as its construction is concerned, the residence benefits from the environmental commitment. Its facades are in harmony with the landscape, (the walls and wood cladding are in the dominant colours of the surrounding forest), the materials used are environmentally friendly, and the buildings marry in with the site's topography so as not to stand out, but rather to merge with it. Between the different buildings that make up the residence there is a network of pedestrian footpaths so that the residents can cross the property in perfect security. The residence is laid out like a small hamlet, with the centre around the hotel and individual apartments grouped in small buildings and villas with a spa. The buildings are trimmed with natural stained wood. Almost all the lots have balconies. The apartments are stepped both vertically and horizontally and have grey roofing. All the apartments have fully tiled bathrooms with sunken bath. The kitchens are fully equipped, with hob, fridge, oven, and ample storage space. The sitting room is perfect for spending the evening with family or friends whilst enjoying the view from the picture window. And finally, the spacious apartments are made bigger thanks to a balcony or terrace so that the Alpine air can be enjoyed with a scarf round one's neck or sandals on one's feet. The residence offers many additional services: a personalised reception, provision of linen, sauna, hammam, and swimming pool. The reception room provides the opportunity to meet up with friends and family.

Location in France
Far from the bustle of the big resorts, Savoie Grand Revard is made up of three village ski stations which have preserved their authenticity and conviviality and offer an exceptionally relaxed holiday atmosphere. • Le Revard was one of the earliest winter sports resorts to be created in France. One of the first Alpine chair-lifts was built on the Sire, (La Féclaz) on the slopes of the Nivolet. • St Franà§ois, is the quietest, and offers a different holiday experience. • La Féclaz, the biggest, possesses all the features of an Avant Pays Savoyard village. Altitude: 1350 to 1550 m. Since the beginning of the century, the Savoie Grand Revard has been one of the most important middle mountain sports and leisure resorts. In summer and winter, the vast northern plateau possesses 150 km of marked out tracks accessible to all. The average altitude of the resort is 1,400m. The neighbouring slopes (up to 1,800 meters) offer alpine skiing, climbing, via ferrata... An exceptional natural environment, wide open spaces, the largest forest in the Massif des Bauges Regional Nature Reserve, together with winter long snow cover – these are the characteristics that have made the reputation of Savoie Grand Revard. Mountain dwellers have long nicknamed it “Little Canada†and it offers a panoplie of unusual activities. The Féclaz and Grand Revard resorts were equipped with new ski-lifts in 2005 which facilitate rapid access to the top of the slopes. La Féclaz has been sensibly developed to attract all snow sport lovers: a snow-reserve and a border cross have been especially equipped for snowboarders, dedicated “sledge†parks have been created for the youngest holiday makers, whilst the bravest can paraglide from the top of the slopes. The resort also has over 140 km of cross country ski paths, making it the largest Nordic skiing resort in France, generating the highest turnover in France for the sport. It is also one of the training centres used by the Northern European cross country skiing teams. Finally, activities such as snow bikes, ski joà«ring, trekking with huskies or on snow shoes, biathlon tracks are all widely available.
